We have a 14 day exchange or credit policy (excluding postage).

When making a purchase if you do need assistance or guidance when choosing a size please don't hesitate to contact us via email or instagram DM.

Products must be unworn with tags attached in original packaging. Product must be received by us for return within the 14 day period after delivery.

All return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit returns.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Please email hello@tiggy.au and we will organise for our returns and exchange form to be sent to you.
• Please specify if you would like to exchange your piece or if you would like a credit.
• Once you have received the form please fill it in and either email this back to us and print it out to include this with your items for return. If you don't have access to a printer please let us know and we will be able to assist.
• Providing requirements on the return have been met please post your items back to us. We recommend keeping the tracking details of your parcel. If the parcel is not received or goes missing this is a fault of the postage company and we will not be held responsible.

Once we receive the products we will notify you and issue your credit note or organise your exchange.
